How to Set up & Access Your Microsoft 365 Account (No Key Required)

When you purchase a Microsoft 365 Professional Plus subscription from All Good Keys, you do not receive a traditional 25-character product key. Instead, you receive a new, pre-activated Microsoft 365 account (a unique email and password).

This guide will show you how to log into and Access Microsoft 365 Account, change your temporary password, and download your Office apps.

Step 1: Find Your Login Details

Open your order confirmation email from All Good Keys. Inside, you will find your new Microsoft 365 account email and a temporary password.

• Click the download link provided in the email, or go directly to the Microsoft portal: portal.office.com.
• (Note: Do not use setup.office.com, as that is only for standard product keys).

Step 2: Log In to the Microsoft Portal

On the Microsoft sign-in page:

1. Enter the account email provided in your order confirmation and click Next.
2. Enter the temporary password and click Sign in.

Step 3: Create Your Permanent Password

Because this is your first time signing in, Microsoft requires you to secure your account.

1. In the “Current password” box, type the temporary password again.
2. In the following boxes, type a new permanent password of your choosing.
3. Click Sign in. Make sure to save this new password, as you will use it whenever you need to reinstall Office or log into your apps.

Step 4: Download and Install Office

Once your Microsoft 365 dashboard loads:

1. Click the Install apps button in the top right corner and select Microsoft 365 apps.
2. On the next screen, click Apps & devices on the left menu.
3. Click the orange Install Office button to download the installer for your computer.

Good to know: Your All Good Keys Microsoft 365 account allows you to install Office apps on up to 5 different devices, including Windows PCs, Macs, and tablets!
